We participate in various Scrip programs such as eScrip, Stater Bros Scrip and the Ralphs Community Contribution Program.
eScrip
What is eScrip?
eScrip is a hassle free way to for us to raise funds through everyday purchases made at eScrip merchants, such as Vons, Claim Jumper Restaurants, Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ, Macy’s, Eddie Bauer, and many more.
How does it work?
eScrip and hundreds of merchant partners have created a system that rewards customer loyalty by contributing a percentage of your purchases to a chosen group (Poly band and color guard). You shop the way you normally shop. All you need to do is register your grocery club card (Vons) and other cards you wish to be added to this program. Even debit/credit cards can be registered.

Browse on to www.escrip.com and click the link to sign up. Designate our group to receive contributions. Our group ID number is 3782583.
That’s it. Visit eScrip merchants to shop and use the registered cards. It’s automatic! We can potentially receive hundreds of dollars from your participation alone.
Please note: If you have registered you Vons club card in the past, it must be re registered every year.
Stater Brothers Scrip
How is this different from eScrip?
Stater Brothers scrip (gift card) is purchased directly from Stater Brothers. We purchase the scrip (gift card) at a discount and sell it at face value. The scrip cards are just like gift certificates. They may be used to purchase any merchandise in the Stater Brothers store. To inquire about purchasing Stater Brothers scrip, Please use the Contact Form to contact Ways & Means. Please include the denomination you would like ($50.00 or $100.00), how many you would like, and a contact number so they can reach you if there are any questions. Usually during Thursday practices someone is at the snack table to assist with this as well.
Ralphs Community Contribution Program
The Ralphs Community Contribution Program provides an opportunity for the Riverside Poly Proud Heritage Band & Color Guard to earn a percentage of purchases made using registered Ralph’s Rewards cards. The Ralphs Community Contribution Program is based on a yearly term. New participants must register their Rewards Card online. Existing participants must re-register yearly, but the process is easy since they already have an online account.
For 2009, the new term started September 1st. That means all existing participants must re-register, even if they just registered as recently as June, July or August.
As an alternative to using the online registration, Ralphs also offers a ’scan bar letter’. This is a letter that is simply scanned at the register. If you would prefer using a customized scan bar letter, please email your request to community.programs@ralphs.com
